Leadership & Change:
Master the art and science of successfully leading change!

Effective problem solving and implementation of improvements is rare these days. All too frequently people are faced with having to find solutions to stubborn problems. They run into difficulties like people not working well together or work not being focused on achieving desired results. Organizational processes, policies and guidelines further hinder moving forward.

Yet in the midst of all this, people are asked to:

• Increase productivity and solve problems

• Enhance quality, customer service and business results

• Develop and keep a competitive edge against increasing competition

• Work through changes in management, strategy or the organization

The typical approach is to analyze the situation, design the change and then throw it over the partition wall and expect it to be implemented. The result is frustration both by those designing the change and those who are supposed to implement the change. Then there are the people who criticize what is wrong and some even know what the solution is, but very few have roadmaps on how to get there.

The Leadership and Change Workshop provides a roadmap to design changes that have an impact on making continuous improvement. In the workshop you use an approach to change in your own real situation which guides you from where things are today to where you want them to be - your desired end point.
