About LMA
LMA is a small, women-owned organization that has been in business for
over twenty-five years. What that means is that we have weathered economic
ups and downs, changed as our industry changed, and adapted to technological
advances. We have adjusted as our clients' profiles have changed and continue
to change. We are aware of and experience the same challenges that many
businesses face today. Helping people adapt to these changes is our business.
We are very skilled in working in situations where business direction
is not clear, a lot of conflict is present, senior managers are working
in silos, the organization is bogged down with mistrust, people are hoarding
resources, or organizational performance could be improved.
We compare ourselves to chameleons in the sense that we adapt to our surroundings -- learn as much as we can about your environment so that any work we design with you, fits your organization!
Our Mission
We want to provide you with the increased ability, knowledge, tools,
and assistance to achieve your goals. We develop relationships with our
customers based on mutual trust and respect and work together doing whatever
it takes to create the desired outcome. We can also be thought of as organizational
healers.
We draw on experience and in-depth customer and literary research that includes organizational assessment and design, change management, customized team building, competency studies, strategic planning, and meeting design and facilitation. The results are strong direction, clear understanding of what needs to change, how to handle transitions, teams with more connection and focus, clearer priorities, healing of disrupted relationships, and defined training areas.
LMA works with people to enhance their influencing and negotiating skills, self-confidence, organizational savvy, leading others through change, and collaboration skills. The results are stronger more confident people who handle conflict effectively and treat others with respect, money and time saved, increased skills for working within organizations, higher risk taking, and implementation of critical projects.
