LMA also offers certification training to prepare trainers for delivery
of LMA workshops in-house.
The Challenge

training and re-training employees. And you need to develop your skills
to be a consistently outstanding trainer.

As a manager, you recognize your need for
coaching and facilitating skills in order to be effective.

You are a trainer with one or two years' experience
who wants to improve your skills in designing and delivering training.
LMA offers this workshop for facilitators and trainers
who want to assess and improve their stand-up training skills, and for
trainers experienced in the design of training who want to enhance their
delivery skills. Training of Trainers provides an opportunity to
work with other seasoned trainers to develop and deliver superior training.
You learn to design and conduct training based on the experiential learning
cycle. By following the cycle you can maximize learning for each attendee.

Apply your learning experience to an on-the-job
situation with new training strategies for existing or new curricula
During the workshop, you are videotaped as you present
units from your own curriculum. You will receive focused feedback from
the trainers and other participants. A low trainer/participant ratio supports
your learning.
