In-House Programs Our consulting interventions include organizational development, strategic planning, competency studies, curriculum development, and leadership development. Much of our consulting is based on in-depth studies of future world and organizational trends. Our training programs are conducted as public or in-house workshops, and they can be tailored to specific work groups and situations. At an individual level, we offer interpersonal, negotiation, and influence skills training. At a team level, we conduct workshops that teach team member skills, team creativity and innovation. The Basics Creating Results is based on in-depth research about the skills and knowledge needed to successfully influence in organizations. We conducted 500 hours of research and interviewed people from a wide range of levels and organizations for 110 hours. In addition, more than 1250 hours were invested in the design and development of Creating Results. Working in a constantly changing environment makes it challenging to implement ideas and create desired results.
