Public Programs The Basics Creating Results is based on in-depth research about the skills and knowledge needed to successfully influence in organizations. We conducted 500 hours of research and interviewed people from a wide range of levels and organizations for 110 hours. In addition, more than 1250 hours were invested in the design and development of Creating Results. Working in a constantly changing environment makes it challenging to implement ideas and create desired results.
